goldbergs photoSoiree Society of The Arts celebrates the culture that surrounds the piano. It presents salon concerts in intimate venues, offering a deeper and more meaningful experience of music.

For several years, the Soirée Society hosted monthly home concerts (2005-2008) showcasing outstanding young pianists. In 2008, it founded Carnegie Concert Series (2008-2015), which presented over 500 concerts featuring major jazz and classical artists.

In 2010, Soiree Society commissioned “Hexameron II, Six Variations on a Theme by Bellini,” conceived after the original Hexameron Variations of 1837 composed by Liszt, Chopin, Czerny, Pixis, Thalberg, and Herz. Alan Walker, the leading scholar and biographer of Franz Liszt, wrote that Hexameron II was visionary for “… bringing many of the 19th century’s Lisztian keyboard textures into the twenty-first century.”

The Soiree Society currently manages Sparkill Salon Concerts in Sparkill NY and Greenwich Salon Concerts in Greenwich CT.
